If you are sick of saying “Ill start tomorrow” and need abit of a kick start, this one is for you! I will help you create some rock-solid foundational goals and support you in the right direction to get started with your changes.

1 x 75 minute coaching session.

2 x 40min coaching sessions.

Total transformation for lasting change – 12 week package with Michelle Barnes

Evidence shows, it takes 21 days to form a new habit, but 90 days to create a new lifestyle. For this reason, I recommend people choose the 12 week package.

We will meet almost every 2 weeks for 3 months. For a total health reboot and transformation with support all the way, this package is for you. Your healthy habits will become apart of your new lifestyle practice.

1 x 60min nutrition consultation (Including food diary review and food swap recommendations)
